Delivery

UK delivery is £6.99 with Royal Mail (usually 2–5 working days) or £8.00 with DPD UK Next Day, and free on orders over £100. International delivery is £25.00.

In-stock items ordered before 11am with DPD UK Next Day are dispatched the same day and arrive the next working day. Some popular items are re-ordered from our suppliers and can take around 5–10 working days; we dispatch these as soon as the new stock arrives.

Returns

You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact us first at enquiries@accessoriesbyhazel.com, then post your parcel back. Return postage is paid by the customer and there is no restocking fee. Refunds go back to your original payment method once the return has been received and checked.
